ROOM OPTIONS

The Round Room

Seats up to 10 people at a round table. Spacious and well appointed furnishings gives this room a comfortable relaxed feel.

The viewing to this room is via closed-circuit Television in the client lounge. This viewing room seats a maximum of 6 people.

A special feature of this room is the “zoom in” camera control which is a hand held device that allows the viewer to see close-ups of the respondents’ faces, as well as prompt material and/or advising being presented.

The Oblong Room

Seats up to 10 people at an oblong table (which can be adjusted in size to seat, 4, 6, 8 or 10 people). This room features “recording studio-style” sound proofing material on the walls to increase the clarity of the discussion.

This room can also be arranged in a more relaxed style with tub chairs and a coffee table (accommodating 7 to 8 people).

The viewing to this room is via a large one-way mirror. The viewing room caters for up to 8 clients who are seated in comfortable chairs in a raised platform viewing room.

The Oval Room

Seats up to 11 people at an oval table.

As with the other two rooms, this room features play-back equipment, flip chart, white board and felt board.

The viewing to this room is via a one-way wall mirror and can accommodate up to five clients viewing in a comfortable raised platform viewing room.
